Infrastructure
Our infrastructure experience in Australia and New Zealand covers tunnelling, road and bridge building and construction. Effective project management underpins the success of all these activities, including the recognition that team and individual reactions are as important as spreadsheet calculations.
We have invested significant effort over 30 years welding the rational realities of project management and project delivery with those of people leadership and conflict resolution. In the process, we have helped our client save untold amounts of money and heartache.
