We have been privileged to work with a range of professional service firms over 38 years from small 3 or four partner groups to global firms with 3600 partners and 290,000 employees. This work has spanned 28 different countries.
We have made a particular contribution to helping those who lead and manage partnerships as distinct from those structured as corporate companies. Firms, where senior managers are also owners and where power is distributed in various levels of ownership and corporate processes, seem to find their way to our doors very frequently.
Our work has involved 3 of the big four accounting firms in 20 countries, law firms, architectural practices, consulting partnerships, veterinary practices, and scientific research and development entities.
