Communication Skills
In developing communication skills in others we draw from the fields of neuroscience, neuro-linguistic programming and positive psychology.
Being able to communicate effectively and confidently is perhaps the most important life skill.
Our communication skills training is influenced by experts in the field such as Michael Grinder, Bob Dick, Chris Argyris and Donald Schon. Our highly effective training builds on neuro-linguistic programming, along with non-verbal and behavioral aspects of communication.
Our Communication Skills Training covers:
- Visual, auditory, kinesthetic and breathing – the basic building blocks of all communication – building on the work of Michael Grinder
- Interrupting destructive self-destructive self-fulfilling prophecies
- Confronting discrepancies between what we say and what we do
- Calibration and anchoring
- Observation and feedback
Video feedback
Our training often embeds ongoing skills practice to build confidence quickly. We also regard video feedback as a highly effective way to show clients how others see them when they are communicating.
