I have found the 6 circle model to be profoundly useful in explaining why we need to spend so much time with the processes of engagement, identity, information and relationships.
It is something that makes intuitive sense to me, but I find it is very valuable to be able to show my colleagues with this diagram as a hook for the discussion.
In my experience, once the model and the importance of all 6 circles is understood by people, they generally appreciate why and how to include them in their strategies.
